At the BillingBrook Road site, we have completed the construction of the roads and car park. We are also completing the infrastructure of eight Bungalows and a Management Suite. The project is Assisted Living for SEND Adults.

At the Spinney Hill project, we have finished the foundations for 102 houses including external works, drainage and the infrastructure of the roads and sewers.
Stanground

The Stanground project consisted of the construction of new classrooms and a MUGA Pitch for a local school. During phase one we completed the external works, drainage and hard landscaping including the paving and kerbs. During Phase two, we constructed the classrooms and completed the internal works. We also formed the car park area.
